ORIGIN
Professor Raymore subjects Bruce Bravelle to a variety of tests to see if its possible to "nourish the human body with electrical currents instead of food." During the experiments lightning strikes the scientist’s castle! Bruce, accidentally dosed with lightning, now has two sets of currents flowing through his body, giving him amazing power. Taking the name the HUMAN TOP, Bruce goes forth to battle evil.

Professor Raymore provides our hero with opportunities to do good and information on criminals. The HUMAN TOP fights gallantly for all of two adventures before disappearing from the crime-fighting scene.
