All that is known at the present time is that Jack Wilson, aide to the US Ambassador, is CAPTAIN VICTORY.

HISTORY

Jack Wilson is at a high-level diplomatic function. Spying some unsavory characters, Jack overhears their talk of an attack on America. Quickly, Wilson strips down to his patriotic uniform and becomes CAPTAIN VICTORY! He flies out to meet the approaching enemy ship and sinks it. CAPTAIN VICTORY then returns to his civilian identity of Jack Wilson to tell superiors to what has just happened. Unfortunately, this is CAPTAIN VICTORY's only adventure.
