Roll Call

This guy here wasn't much on costumes but he sure packed a wallop against the forces of evil in the profile on...

THE CLOAK

ORIGIN
Jeff Cardiff begins fighting criminals and spies as the SPY-MASTER in May 1940, then after only two cases changes his alias to the SPY-CHIEF for twelve more adventures. Finally he calls himself the CLOAK, which becomes his most lasting alter ego.

POWERS/ABILITIES
Jeff has no super-abilities, but he is a master criminologist, spy and detective. This fit specimen of a human being used his superb mind and body to fight the evils of society wherever he found it.

HISTORY
In October of 1942 Jeff Cardiff as the CLOAK ended his adventuring days. Most typical of his cases were against gangsters and the fifth columnists troubling America at that time. Jeff's only "real" costume is a multi-layered Cloak that he wears over his everyday clothes.
