Flame III

December, 1954

    The end of 1954 is a good beginning for the young chemist, Kip Adams, who has discovered a way to give himself "flame" powers. Battling the Commie menace whenever he can, he becomes the Flame, red-blooded American for justice! His girlfriend Susan Page is unaware that Kip Adams is the Flame. Due to Kip’s disappearances whenever trouble is around, she thinks that Kip is an apathetic lay-about. But, in fact, his great strength, incredible durability, and sometime ability to fly and throw "flame bolts" make the Flame a force to be reckoned with. Sadly, the Flame's career lasts only a short while. By mid-1955 he is gone from the fight on communism and crime in America.
