British Fury reporting back in with additional
information. The Green Archer |
|
Michael Bellamy is unknowingly framed by his evil brother for crimes that were committed by Abel Bellamy. Michael Bellamy is sentenced to jail, and his criminal brother inherits the old English castle, "Garr Castle," which had been transported to the United States a hundred years ago with (some say) its ghost the Green Archer. Spike Holland, private investigator for an insurance company, and Michael Bellamy's friend, has sworn to clear Michael and catch the true perpetrator. Michael’s wife Elaine Bellamy goes to stay with her father and her sister, Valerie Hewett, who is also Spike Holland's fiancée. Elaine visits her evil brother-in-law, Abel Bellamy, whom she believes is truly responsible for the crimes her husband has been sent to jail for and has her suspicions confirmed by Abel. Elaine is taken prisoner by the mad Abel and locked away in Garr Castle. Spike Holland also suspects Abel to be the real criminal and believes that he has kidnapped Elaine as well. Meanwhile, Michael Bellamy is on a train ride to prison for a very, very long time, when the train derails, thus freeing Michael. Back at Garr Castle, Spike and Valerie set off on a series of adventures in search of Elaine and the truth. Though many perils beset them, they are always rescued by the mysterious Green Archer, who seems to appear anywhere in the castle from out of nowhere. Is the Green Archer really a ghost, as Abel Bellamy believes, or nothing more than a myth? Is the Green Archer Spike Holland, who is also a suspect, or the newly freed Michael Bellamy, bent on revenging himself and bringing his evil brother Abel to justice. In the end Abel Bellamy is killed, Elaine is freed, and the Green Archer turns out to be none other than Michael Bellamy--a surprise to all! Spike Holland gets to marry Valerie Hewett, and every one lives happily ever after. |
