    While Tom Dalton, local lineman for the power company, is working on downed electrical lines, he is electrocuted by 10,000 volts DC (direct current). Even more amazingly, Tom is shocked back to life with 10,000 volts AC (alternating current). Surprised by his good fortune, Tom now realizes that he possesses power over electromagnetic fields. He can attract or repel any metallic object at will. With his newfound abilities, Tom Dalton as Magno secretly fights all crime and evil wherever they present themselves.
