In March 1941 Doctors Joel and Joshua Williams unveil their fantastic creation, FLEXO the Rubber Man, an artificial man made of “live rubber filled with a secret gas!” But only the two doctors know the secret formula to FLEXO's animation.

Operating FLEXO by remote control, the two doctors use the amazing creature to fight crime and foreign spies.

POWERS AND ABILITIES
The superhumanly strong FLEXO can move or fly at tremendous speeds and stretch his rubbery body for different tasks. The crime-fighting android’s only weaknesses are stunning blows of great force (his rubbery constitution can repel bullets and normal blows) and fire, for the android can melt.
