Dollar Bill

    As the superhero fad spreads across the country, one masked man actually serves as a major bank’s in-house crimefighter. Dollar Bill, as he is known, is a Midwestern former college athlete, protects the bank patrons’ money and serves as publicity for the bank. He died when he tried to stop a bank robbery and was shot while his cape was caught in the bank’s revolving door. Though he possessed no super-powers, Dollar Billwas highly thought of by those who knew him in the Minutemen of America of which he was a member from its beginning in 1939 until his death in 1946.
