August 1940... Living on his houseboat, Drake Stevens seeks revenge on the men who murdered his father. Inspired by the love of birds which his father had instilled in him as a child, Drake devises a birdlike costume with a miniature jet pack to give him the power of flight and takes to the skies as Airman. This winged avenger of justice uses his talents to bring the criminals to justice with claws built into his boots as added weaponry to battle the forces of evil! Airman, stationed on his boat in the bay, is ever vigilant against smugglers and would-be saboteurs. Airman's adventures only spanned four outings. |
