The Clown

    Ruthless and beyond evil, The Clown wages a war of terror as the major crime lord of Magno the Magnetic Man’s home city. Possessing nothing more than a brilliant but sick and twisted mind bent on the destruction of law and order, the Clown is always defeated by Magno and his kid partner Davey (see individual entries). Often the Clown seems to meet death when his dastardly plans backfire, but the resilient Clown always manages to make a comeback. As long as Magno and Davey are around, the world can count on them to thwart the Clown King of Crime’s insidious plans.
