Well, Pioneeress, do not fear the unknown, as many a man and woman has come from there to do great deeds. But for a more down-to-Earth perspective, enjoy our next profile on... The Mouthpiece |
| District Attorney Bill Perkins decides that he needs first-hand evidence in extremely difficult cases, so he slips on his mask and hat to become the Mouthpiece, crime-stopper, savagely meting out justice for those who would escape the long arm of the law. Young DA Perkins’ dual identity is never discovered, and his superiors conclude that Bill is just plain lucky! The Mouthpiece dispenses his brand of justice for little over a year. |

Well, Magician, what I
find interesting about the Mouthpiece is that, despite being only a normal
man with no particular training other than his sharp legal mind and great
deductive abilities, he was quite effective in striking fear into the
cold hearts of the criminal underworld. He did carry a revolver, a "come-along
chain," and a set of mini-handcuffs.
