| December 1941: as the holiday season falls on the fair city a bizarre experiment by Professor Amazo gives modest young school teacher Mary Lee "unlimited energetic power." Mary Lee uses her newfound powers as Lady Fairplay, a modern "goddess of chastisement." Because of her, crime has been reduced to a minimum while "[g]angsters live in mortal terror of this female dynamo!" Lady Fairplay has super-strength, super-speed, and the ability to recover from harm quickly. Unfortunately, the incredible adventures of Lady Fairplay last only a short while before she is seen no more. |
