    Dynamic Man races against time when he meets the "Killers on the Bounce"!

    Flying through the air, Dynamic Man launches himself at a thug with a tommy gun on the upper landing, while aware of the blonde girl being held another thug off to his left. One thug with a Russian cap exclaims, "It's Dynamic Man! How in blazes did he ever find us here!" as he menacingly holds a round object in his shaky hands. Down on the landing below, the balding mastermind of this scenario screams at the man upstairs "Be careful with that vapor ball, you fool! If it drops, we're all doomed"
