Hola, Central HQ! This is the Scepter reporting from the research site in Antarctica with the first of four date tapes on secret government operatives unknown to the general public. How this information was obtained by the 'Observers,' is still open to speculation. Transmitting on FQ Alpha Z-** Here is the first data on...

B-Man

Former astronaut Barry E. Eames is attacked by a swarm of alien bees, which emerges from an artificial meteor sent to Earth from Mars. The human-sized bees repeatedly sting Barry, and he is found two days later dazed and wandering aimlessly. Barry is taken to a hospital, where the doctors find amazing changes in Eames-his heart beat has tripled, his metabolism has altered tremendously. The doctors have Barry under observation, but he is 'summoned' to Mars by a mysterious force. He makes his way back to the hollow meteor from which he is transported to the red planet's moon, Deimos. Once there, a race of intelligent insects, breeders of the attack bees, outfit Barry in a super-suit. Still in a venom-deluded state, he cannot resist the insects’ commands to return to Earth and pave the way for an invasion. In their thrall Barry E. Eames, who is now dubbed the B-Man, wrecks havoc and destruction upon America. But B-Man eventually overcomes his venomous state and is once again whisked back to Deimos to confer with the insects’ Queen Honey Bea. But B-Man rescues the imprisoned FBI agent Roy Dunn and the two make their way to Earth. Once back on Earth, B-Man joins the FBI as a special secret agent to fight the impending bee invasion from space. This is the current information available on B-Man, since he only had two known adventures.

B-Man’s super-suit has a vast array of abilities. He can fire sting-rays from helmet’s antennae, fly with the jet pack between his bee wings, and fire drug-coated paralysing stingers. B-Man also has a pouch for the honey capsules that he must take to survive the venomous effect of his ordeal. B-Man’s resides in a tower of gadgetry called the Bee Hive, which also serves as the hangar for his B-plane.
