The Red Seal

    His real identity is unknown (though he may be an FBI agent), but this fearless fighter for freedom and justice relentlessly wars on evil. Possessing no apparent super-powers, the Red Seal has honed himself to perfection in all physical and mental arts. Working with the FBI operative White Streak (see individual entry), he is a force for good in a troubled world. Even though the Red Seal does not have the awesome powers of the White Streak, he is still a man to be reckoned with.
