Throckmorton

    Hustace Throckmorton is gravely wounded. This mild-mannered little fellow gets a transfusion of blood from his friend Roy Lincoln, the Human Bomb (see individual entry), which act endows little Hustace with the Bomb’s powers. But, instead of having his new powers concentrated in his hands like Roy, Hustace’s explosive powers settle in his feet! So in order for little Hustace Throckmorton to use his powers he has to remove his protective boots in order to "stomp" out his brand of justice. He dresses in one of the Human Bomb's old asbestos suits lined with "fibro-wax" inside to contain his explosive energies.
