| Lady Liberty |
|
| Lady Liberty was a direct descendant of Sir Chauncey Berkeley, also known as the Crimson Chrysanthemum, who helped aristocrats escape from France during the Reign of Terror. Lady Liberty was an expert martial artist and also carried the "Torch of Freedom," which served her as an offensive weapon, and, as her defensive weapon, the "Book of Justice." Lady Liberty joined the Freedom Brigade during the last part of World War II, where she met her future husband Victor, the Patriot. Lady Berkeley and Victor Victor had a son Myron Victor, who, at his parents’ request, took up crime-fighting in the guise of Merryman, leader of the Inferior 5, to continue the family crime-fighting tradition after his parents retired. |
