| Captain Swift began his career when he joined the Freedom Brigade near the final days of World War II. Swift of foot, a master of motion, the dashing Mr. Cramer, AKA Captain Swift, was a stalwart member of the group. His evil counterpart was the Speed Demon, a member of the Vendetta Squad. Cramer eventually retired to raise his son Herman Cramer, who, at his father’s request, became a superhero and joined the Inferior 5. The identity of Mr. Cramer's wife and Herman's mother is unknown. |
